Wanton mee 12/6/13

A few days ago,my mother and i went to the supermarket and we bought a packet of  wanton skin and a packet of wanton noodles.

Today i decided to make wanton noodles,as for a long time i did not get to make or eat wanton.


Folding the wanton and seasoning the pork were easy,but cooking it was hard for me as i was scared that the oil would scald me.




What you would need:


Chopping Board
Knife
A Wok
plates
measuring spoon

Ingredients:


A packet of wanton skin
A packet of lettuce or Kai Lan
A packet of Wanton Noodles

Sauce for the wanton:


1tsp of Soya sauce
1tsp of Sesame oil
1tsp of oyster sauce
1tsp of the remaining oil that was in the wok

seasoning for the pork:


200g of minced pork
1/2tbs of sesame oil
1tbs of Soya sauce
3tsp of cuttlefish
A pinch of pepper
1tbs of Corn starch

Method:


1.thaw the packet of wanton skin
2.put the minced pork in a bowl and mix in sesame oil,Soya sauce,cuttlefish,pepper ad corn starch.
3.Leave the mixed pork aside until seasoned.
4.Take out a small bowl and filled it with a little bit of water
5.Take a piece of Wanton Skin and place 1/2 tsp of the mixed pork in the center
6.fill the wok with oil for deep frying
7.once done put the Wanton aside on a plate 
8.Divide the the wanton noodle into 4 sections
9.cook the Wanton Noodles like dried noodles
10.while waiting put the Sauces on 4 plates and stir them
11.place the noodles on top of the sauces
12.put the wanton on top of the noodles
